Life at TransVault
Alongside a competitive salary, what you’ll get at TransVault is the freedom and flexibility to grow and be successful.
We care about the people behind the tech (as we’ll be there until we’re all replaced by AI robots), and we make sure everyone on our team enjoys a good work-life balance. That means giving the flexibility to work the to the schedule that suits both their needs and those of the business, and to work remotely when necessary.
To us, freedom also means giving our team members the opportunity to grow and explore new things. As Microsoft Gold Partners, we have a direct route into some of the world’s most exciting new tech, and we actively encourage our team to experiment with it.
While we’ve been leading the email archive migration market for a long time, we’re already thinking about how new methods of communication will affect business and developing solutions to problems that might arise in the coming years. We want our team to be a part of these solutions and to use the opportunities that we offer to others, themselves.
To make sure the whole TransVault team never stops learning and progressing, we create individual training programmes, and give people the time and tools they need to try their hand at different technologies.
We also participate in regular Microsoft hackathons, and sponsor / attend Microsoft’s Ignite and Inspire conferences each year, allowing us to keep up to speed with all the latest developments in Cloud and Microsoft technology.
Okay, so we’re all about cutting-edge tech, and we work very hard to provide our clients with the best products possible, but we also know how to balance business and personal needs. We organise regular team events to keep everyone’s spirits high, including BBQs on our building’s sun terrace and escape room challenges – and the office is never out of biscuits!
